The Graton Day Labor Center connects local employers with skilled, reliable workers for a variety of jobs — including yardwork, moving, cleaning, construction, and more. Our hiring process is fair, transparent, and community-based, ensuring that both workers and employers have a positive experience.
Workers are matched based on skills, experience, and the type of work requested.
All jobs are negotiated at fair hourly rates, with payment made directly to the worker.
The Center supports both workers and employers to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
